To completely allow the software to scan and recover your lost data, you are required toAssign Full Disk Access.
Steps to assign full disk access for macOS Ventura (Version 13):
Click onOpenSecurity and Privacybutton.
Privacy & Securitywindow is displayed.
From the right pane, clickFull Disk Accessunder thePrivacyoption.
Enable the slider displayed against 'StellarPhotoRecovery' and enter theadministrator passwordwhen prompted.
Restart the app to let the changes take effect.
Steps to assign full disk access for macOS version 12.6 & 11.7:
Click onOpenSecurity and Privacybutton.
Security & Privacywindow is displayed. Go toPrivacytab.
From the bottom, click
lockicon and enter youradministrator password.From the given options on the left pane, selectFull Disk Accessand markStellarPhotoRecovery.
Restart the app to let the changes take effect.
