5.2.4. Preview Employees

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Softwareprovides option to preview Employees information.

Steps to preview Employees information:

1. RunStellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software.

2. To know how to select and find QuickBooks® file (QBW) or QuickBooks® Backup file (QBB), seeSelect and Find QuickBooks® file for recovery.
3. When you clickOKonScan Logwindow, preview of the selected file data is displayed.
4. ClickEmployeesfrom menu bar.Employeeswindow appears as shown below:

5. The screen is divided into two sections:
   1. Left section has two tabs:EmployeesandTransactions.
      1. UnderEmployees选项卡,NameandEmployee idof the employees are available. Select the required name and preview it's information.

Note: You can also search Employee Name and Employee id.

Note: At the bottom, the number of Employees found is shown.

2. UnderTransactions选项卡,the following transaction options are available. Select particular option and preview it's information:
   • Paychecks
   • Liability Checks
   • Liability Adjustments
   • Year To Date Adjustments
   • Non-Payroll Transactions

2. Right section of the screen shows detailed preview of the selected employee.
   1. Employeestab preview includes,EmployeeName,地址,电子邮件,Phone,Cellular, andAlt Phone.
   2. Transactionstab preview includes,Name,Num,Date, Account,and Amount.

Note: At the bottom, the number of transactions found is shown.

Note: ClickSave, if you want to save (QBW) file.
