5.2.3. Preview Vendors

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Softwareprovides option to preview Vendors information.

Steps to preview Vendors information:

1. RunStellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software.

2. To know how to select and find QuickBooks® file (QBW) or QuickBooks® Backup file (QBB), seeSelect and Find QuickBooks® file for recovery.
3. When you clickOKonScan Logwindow, preview of the selected file data is displayed.
4. ClickVendorsfrom menu bar.Vendorswindow appears as shown below:

5. The screen is divided into two sections:
   1. Left section has two tabs:VendorsandTransactions.
      1. UnderVendors选项卡,NameandBalanceof the vendorsare available. Select the required name and preview it's information.

Note: You can also searchVendorName and Balance.

Note: At the bottom, the number of vendorsfound is shown.

2. UnderTransactions选项卡,the following transaction options are available. Select particular option and preview it's information:
   • Purchase Orders
   • Item Receipt
   • Bills
   • Bill Payments
   • Checks
   • Credit Card Activities
   • 销售纳税

2. Right section of the screen shows detailed preview of the selected vendor.
   1. Vendorstab preview includes,VendorName,VendorType,Company Name,Billing Address,Contact, Phone,Alt电话,Fax,Email,Terms, andPrice Level.
   2. Transactionstab preview includes,Vendor,Num,Date, Account,and Amount.

Note: At the bottom, the number of transactions found is shown.

Note: ClickSave, if you want to save (QBW) file.
